Owner Dan S and his architect called us to bid the insulation for a 28,000sf shopping center. Certified Comfort and Energy Specialist Mark O submitted a proposal which was accepted. Foreman Mike Y. and his team air sealed the attic and properly insulated with cellulose insulation for optimum results. The fire walls were dense packed with cellulose and the remainder of the building was insulated as per the architects design. The first occupant of the building was a Doctor’s office. They were concerned about noise between exam rooms. We installed Cotton Armor insulation made of recycled denim.
