During a routine inspection the home owner found mold growing on the rafters of the crawl space. Home Environment Solutions send a Certified Mold Inspector out to access the problem. Next our energy team insulated the rim joist and exterior walls with SilverGlo insulation board. Next the team encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace encapsulation liner. The end result was a mold free, clean, dry crawl space with warm floors above.
