Robert needed help making his home more comfortable so he called Home Environment Solutions to come do a free in home energy audit.   When Russ arrived at the Martins Ferry, OH home he immediately recognized a common problem.   Knee Walls in the finished attic can often cause heat loss and create uncomfortable rooms that are too hot in the summer and to cold in the winter.        The HES team arrived and got to work air sealing the crawl space created by the knee walls and installed SilverGlo foam insulation on the back of the knee wall.   After that was done the final step was to blow in a thick layer of cellulous.      Roberts home will now be more energy efficient and the rooms will be more comfortable year round.
