Attic Mold
Terry called Home Environment Solutions saying he believes he has mold in the attic of his Cowansville Pa home and would also like to make his home more comfortable year round. We sent our expert Russ out to do a free Energy Audit and Mold inspection. Russ found loose old insulation and microbial growth in the attic.
Our Mold team first built a containment barrier on top of the pull down stairs scuttle then remove all contaminated fiberglass insulation. Air scrubber in attic then the mold was treated and HEPA vacuumed. After they took care of the mold the Insulation team installed new SilverGlo Foambaoard, Trusoft Cellulose and air sealed with Zypfoam.
