Bill in Pittsburg, PA was having trouble with the gutters on his home. The screens he had on his gutters were not working. Water was overflowing and the gutters were still getting clogged. We sent our expert Russ out to her home to perform a free home energy audit. Russ found old batt insulation, a non-insulated scuttle cover and unsealed penetrations such as wire and pipe runs.

We sent our insulation team out and they removed all the old batt insulation and disposed of it, they removed whole house fan and installed 1/2 drywall over opening, insulated between two ceiling levels with Silverglo foam board insulation on vertical walls between levels and air sealed gaps with Zypfoam.  They also sealed and insulated scuttle cover, air sealed all penetrations interior and exterior and installed Trusoft cellulose.
